Help minimize my cravings

Mga momshie patulong naman please. Im 35 yrs old and this is my first pregnancy. My whole adult life I am overweight ranging from 70-75kg. This pandemic nag diet ako and I achieved my goal weight 50kg. Nag regular ang mens ko at nagulat ako nabuntis ako bigla. First month of pregnancy I was 50kg then now Im almost 5months na ang Im 62kg na ang bilis 😭 Pano po ba pababain ang timbang kasi lagi ako gutom lalo na rice. Pls help me stop or minimize my food cravings.

small meals momsh. less rice o switch sa brown rice. kung nagkecrave lalo na sa mga nakakadagdag timbang na foods kumain nalang ng fruits. more on fruits and veggies.
