GDM insulin required!! 13weeks

Hi mga momshie.. cno po dito may ganitong kalagayan.. after 1 week blood sugar monitoring sabi ng endo ko mataas daw at need na ng insulin? Ok lang kaya yun? Makakatulong ba talaga mapababa ung blood sugar if mag insulin na? 8 units before breakfast at 4 units before dinner.. Sino po dito same ng case ko.. ist time po aq magka gdm before naman sa 2 babies ko negative eh .. pls share naman po your experience. Thank u and godbless mga momshie
