Taking Ferrous and multivitamins

Hello mga momsh. 😊 Is it true that one of ferrous or multivitamins' side effects is Migraine. Almost everyday na kasi sumasakit ulo ko since nagtake ako ng meds. Hnd ko na alam san ko nakukuha.
