Borderline blood sugar ko. Hindi ko alam kung bumaba naba, basta pinayohan lang ako na low carb and sugar intake. As much as possible walang rice and refrain eating sweets. Pati matatamis na fruits like mango and watermelon, minimize din. Exercise din.
