di ko sure kung may effect nga pero nagpahilot ako december 1st week..last mens ko the following january then by february nalaman buntis na ako, pero may iba rn po ako nitry like meditation, listening to binaural beats, etc..tingin ko po malaking tulong ung pagbawas ng stress para mabuntis..😀
