Parang heart burn po yan Mommy or acid reflux. Sabi po para makaiwas sa acid reflux, 2 hours po before tayong mahihiga para matulog or mag nap. It will also help if yung sleeping position natin is inclined. Medyo taasan po natin ang pillow. Tapos iwas din po sa salty, spicy, and maasim na food.
