mga momsh na breastfeeding moms, binigyan din ba ng Ferlin drops nun 4-6 months old na si LO nyo? thank you sa sasagot.

Yes. Their iron stores are almost depleted by that time kaya nagbibigay ang pedia regardless if breastfed or not. By 6 months, kapag nag start na ng solids, usually pinapatigil na kasi you can already feed iron-rich food so no need for supplemental iron unless otherwise prescribed 😊

I think it is nobody's fault naman po dahil wala naman may gusto nyan. By 6 months kasi, dapat solid food na ang mag pprovide ng iron needs ni baby. Kaya nag stop na din ang baby ko ng supplement since nakakakain na sya. Marerecover naman po yan. Minsan may bumababa ang hgb temporarily due to infections, hindi palaging dahil kulang sa iron. Just focus on providing iron rich food and balanced diet din since toddler na baby mo.
