Walking Exercise

Mga momsh ask ko lang if anong weeks ddapat magstart maglakad lakad at mag exercise para bumaba na ang tyan? I'm on my third trimester. And also i'm on my week 32 and day 5 of pregnancy. Thankyou πŸ₯°
