oatmeal,papaya,sweet potato and more water..

Kain hinog na papaya.. inom maraming tubig

Fiber rich foods and drinks lots of water

More water..eat green leafy vegetables...

Effective sakin oatmeal ang wheat bread..

Oatmeal, papayang hinog, lots of water.

Prunes.. super effective..
