Exercise at 32 weeks

Hello mga moms, ask ku lang po, is it advisable to start exercising na? 32 weeks preggy here.

If by starting you mean you’ve never exercised before (prior to pregnancy) and planning to start to exercise now it may not be a good idea. But if you’re used to exercising it’s okay.

Ask your OB po ako kasi second trimester nag start ng light exercise sa umaga and walking sa hapon, okay naman sa OB ko. Ngayon 35 weeks na ako 😊.

Momsh, kung dati ka ng nag eecercise even before ka na preggy okay lang naman mag continue as long as low impact lang unless maselan pagbubuntis mo po

Consult your OB first mommy. You can do light exercise as in super light lang. Tsaka ka na magpatagtag ng bongga pag full term na si baby.

too early pa po mommies, start ka mag exercise 37 weeks baka mapapaaga panganganak mo nyan pag maaga ka ng exercise kawawa si baby

Okay lang naman momshie, I started hiking at that stage for 30mins. I'm now at my 36th weeks at medyo mababa na tiyan ko :)

I'm 32weeks preggy nadin po sabi po maglakad lakad po sa umaga para makaexercise and mabanat daw po ang mga buto at muscles

Pag hindi naman maselan mommy pagbubuntis mo ok lng. Pero mas maganda pa rin kapag magpaalam muna kay OB.

Might be too early, baka mag early labor ka naman. Start ka na lang pag 37 weeks ka na 😊

Much better to consult it to your OB first since sya po nakakaalam ng kalagayan nyo. :)
