implantation bleeding or menstruation?

hello mga mommys pwede ba magbleed ng ganito ang pegnant sa first week? or is this implantation bleeding? or dikaya period ko ito because 7-8 days sya naglast and heavy with a lot of clots.

shems same situation po yan sakin. baka po miscarriage na yan. 7 days din po ako nagbleed tas 3-4 napkins a day s sobrang lakas. may amoy mabaho pa sa dugo na parang bulok na si baby na pala yun
