pimples/ breakouts on my face

Hi mga mommy...I'm on my 4th month,dami k o na pimples specially sa forehead ko...any suggestions po to cure it? TIA...

Pregnancy hormones po yan, ganyan din ako nung first tri going to second pero ngaun pong third na halos di na ko tinutubuan kahit lagi ng puyat.
