pimples/ breakouts on my face

Hi mga mommy...I'm on my 4th month,dami k o na pimples specially sa forehead ko...any suggestions po to cure it? TIA...

Same tau everytym n mabuntis aq dami ko pimples sa face,likod,tyan,braso,ang kati p nman.
