Personally, what I did was one cup rice nalang ang kanin kada meal. Avoid sweet fruits. More on buko lang para may fruit padin. Wheat bread 2slices and kesong puti madalas kong merienda. It is wrong to change your diet before the sugar test tas babalik ka lang sa dati kasi sugar mo tataas uli. So kung magbabago ka ng diet, make sure consistent ka na until manganak ka. Useless kung babalik ka lang sa dati. No to sweet foods like cakes and chocolates, alam mo na mga food na matatamis. More on green leafy veggies ang ulam ko din that time. Malunggay and ampalaya are mostly on the menu. No to softdrinks! Sometimes I eat oatmeal as a substitute for one meal. Hinahaluan ko lang milk, no sugar.
i had high result on my second hr test, slight lng nmn so my OB advised me to go on diet. Less rice, wheat bread over white ones, small portion of fruits, as per my monitoring tumataas sugar ko pg ngfruits ako. Then i took lemon water, surprisingly, my sugar went down, naging normal sya kahit p kumain ako sweets nsa range p din ng normal. Try mo po, as long as sanay ka, bka kc mgAcid reflux ka sa lemon. So far, that worked for me based on experience 😊
Ttry ko ang lemon water sis. Thankyou!!
mas mainam n kainin mo sis is okra .. nkakatulong tlga sya pra bumaba .. tiis lang s lasa 😥 .. bawat kain mo mapa breakfast lunch meryenda or dinner (2/3pcs) mabisa po tlga sya .. ginawa ko yan nung preggy ako den everyhour n pagchecheck ko mababa n sya den nung ng 75ogtt ako lahat ng result is ok .. safe si baby nung nilabas ko and safe din ako 😍😍😊😊
Same po tau 😊 ganyan din ginawa ko.
Take small, frequent meals lang mommy.
