Mataas din BP ko momsh during pregnancy at nagka pre eclampsia ako because of that. According kay OB ko before, less rice, iwas sa matataba, mamantika, maalat na pagkain. Iwas din sa red meat at processed foods, instant noodles at canned goods. May nireseta din sakin medicine noon .
