Cramps & Bleeding

Hello, mga mommy! :) I'm 2mos and 6 days pregnant, first time soon to be mom too! 25 years old. 50kgs, 5'8" tall. =) I had spotting just now but it's darker and mas marami than usual, I'm experiencing cramps na mas masakit din than the usual. And my breasts are back to normal, hindi na sya sinlaki last month. Ilamg linggo na din ako nai-stress. I'm still bleeding up 'til now... Is this normal? I'm afraid kasi na I might have miscarriage ☹️
