Early Signs of Labor?

Hi mga mommshies. Im already 37weeks pregnant. Ask ko lng if there are side effects in eating sweet potatoes(ex. kamote cue). It just happened kc earlier today after I ate kamote nadumi ako. normal nman ang poop ko (nd cya matigas). then i felt pain starting from my back to my stomach. It took about a minute until the pain was gone. Is it a possible sign of labor or epekto lng nung kamote? Thanks po sa answers
