Allergic Rhinitis

Mga mommies, sino po dito same ko na may allergic rhinitis? Ilang days na kasi ako inaatake ng allergic rhinitis ko, hindi din ako nagtatake ng antihistamine kasi natatakot ako magtake ng mga gamot. Kayo po ano ginagawa niyo mga mommies?

Huwag na pong magtiis and consult your ob na po. I take 500mg vitamin C at kapag ayaw talaga mawala, iniinuman ko na ng cetirizine but still ask your ob para sure. I also noticed nakakatulong sa recovery ko ang pagsuot ng mask, I figured dahil nalelessen yung irritation caused by environmental triggers.
