avoid salty fatty oily food mommy. walking as exercise. bawal din sweets (chocolate, softdrinks, cake etc) follow up check up kay doc inumin ang maintenance na binigay in short momi proper diet&exercise bukod sa mga gamot prescribed by OB. God bless!
