my toddler's hitting me

hi mga mommies. please help po. my 28 month old toddler is hitting me and her playmates. she grabs any toy that her playmate is holding then will hit her if her playmate will not give the toy. how can i discipline her? iniiwasan kong paluin siya. we tried once or twice na paluin siya pero not working for her. thanks.
