Bleeding or spotting

Hi mga mommies out there is it normal to bleed jn 12 weeks? No pain, may naramdaman kasi akong parang luquid pwro hnd naman po madami then pinunasan kopo ng tissue and may nakita akong blood but not totally red may pagka brown then nag stop. After an hour meron ulit then nag stop ulit then nung kumilos ako meron nanaman pero now wala na btw im a working mom. I alread had a miscarriage before

For me magpa check ka mhie para sure lalo may history ka ng miscarriage. Although spotting is normal naman lalo pag walang ibang symptoms like headache, fever or parang dysmenorrhea, follow up pa din kay OB para sure
