Lucky me and cup noodles?

as much as possible, avoid natin mga instant noodles mamsh. mahihirapan tayo mag digest pag ganyan. ako na sobrang hilig sa cup noodles at kahit anong instant pasta as in tinigil ko talaga when i knew na buntis ako. plus pwede mag cause yata daw ng UTI yan. tska mahirap sya i-digest. e ganitong pag buntis, sobrang hirap tayo when it comes to digestion. kaya healthy food muna as much as possible.
