Hello mga mommies. Normal lang po ba sa 1 month and 19 days yung unat ng unat tapos may grunting pa po na parang nahihirapan sa pag utot? Thanks po ✨

Yup sis,if need mo.. my baby exercise or way para tulungan siya mka utot. Yung parang nag ba bike yung legs niya then alternate up ang down.. Pwede mo po check sa youtube.
