rashes on intimate area

Hi mga mommies. Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and yung rashes or malalaking pantal actually sa groin area ko medyo kumakalat sya. Sobrang hapdi nya and nag-break yung skin sa ibang parte to the point na dumugo na. I tried using calmoseptin but di sya nag-subside. I am trying to use lucas papau. What are your thoughts sa pag gamit ng lucas papau for that problem?
