Hi mga mommies and if may mga mommies na nag wo-work sa SSS. Sana may makasagot. Ano po ang process ng pag-transfer ng 7 days paternity leave to your husband? Both working and but different company. May detailed guidelines po na nito? If meron, anu-ano po? Salamat sa makakasagot.

Notify your HR department about the pregnancy and the expected due date. Fill out a Paternity Notification Form provided by your employer. Submit the accomplished form along with a copy of your marriage certificate to HR. Your employer may also require photocopies of your wife’s ultrasound results and other medical records as proof of pregnancy.
