Cervical Polyps

Hi mga mommies! First time preggy here. Im on my 10th week but eversince meron po akong spitting. Nagpacheck po kami and found out that I have cervical Polyps that causes the spotting. Meron po ba ditong same situation? If yes, pinatanggal po ba ng OB nyo yung polyps or hinayaan lang? Also, Bed rest po ba kayo?

i did have polyps kaya pala panay ang spotting ko from week 14 to 21. may mga blood clot na lumalabas which were so scary. hindi pa siya na detect ng una kong OB kaya nagpasecond opinion ako. ayun i guess too late na ako around 5 months nag open ung cervix ko. my new ob advised me to have cerclage dun na din sinabay ang polypectomy. Now 32 weeks na ako no bleeding since then.
