Toothache really hurts

Hello mga mommies, breastfeeding mom here. Ilan beses kaya pwede uminom ng mefenamic to ease the pain.Hindi kasi ako palainom ng gamot😩papabunot din ako pag wala ng pain kasi sabi bawal pabunot pag masakit pa.totoo po ba yun?
