Depende po sa coverage ng healthcard nyo. Usually dapat accredited yung doctor sa HMO na magoorder ng lab tests para ma-cover ung mga lab tests na gagawin, then sa accredited clinics/ hospitals din. However, isang malaking depende din sya sa coverage ng card. May iba kasi na ang coverage ay consult lang, ung iba kasama ang mga lab. Check with your HR or your HMO provider muna. Sa akin consult lang covered pero reimbursable yung portion ng panganganak. Hindi din po sya sa Maxicare or Intellicare, naka depende yan sa plan or coverage na inavail ng kumpanya.

Know the coverage of your HMO po. May dalawa akong HMO, avega and maxicare. Yung avega ko hanggang 3k lang covered ng lab tests for maternity, sa maxi naman hindi covered. Tho ang coverage for delivery is mas malaki sa maxi kesa sa avega. Limited po kasi ang maternity coverage ng HMOs such as consultation, labs and delivery.

Depende sa coverage nio. Check nio if covered ang pregnancy. Madalas hinde covered ang pregnancy ng HMO. Pero depende nga sa coverage.

If covered po ni Maxicare better po. Yung sakin po kasi hindi covered ni Maxicare. Again, it depends po sa coverage po.
