Blood Clot Spotting

Hi mga mommies, 1st time preggy po on my 31weeks and 4days po ask lang po ako, I've Been experiencing ung prang 1 line blood spotting mga 3 weeks na like once a week lang then kaninang umaga ganun ulit pero ngayon pong hapon nasundan sya na prang blood clot na and sorry po sa maselan ung dami nya is prang 1sachet ng fast food ketchup so I got worried... After 20mins nagwiwi aq after that meron n nman fresh blood but konti lng is it normal or should I seek help na po? Bukas po kasi may check up din ako sa OB ko so not sure what to do thanks for the feedback/comments po
