Best time for ultrasound to find out gender

Mga momies, I am on my 17th week and 3rd day today. Can I get an ultrasound na to find out baby's gender or you think it's too early yet? I have read articles kasi saying na by 17th week, baby's reproductive organs are fully formed na. But most of the people I know say wait until the 20th week. This is my 3rd baby na sa 2 pre ious pregnancies ko, nagpaultrasound ako around 20th week. This time I want to know asap para makapag-ipon na din ng tamang gamit ni baby. Kayo po ba, when did you get your ultrasound?
