Same po.. more on fiber po,at plenty of water na din po mii.. wag po pwersahin mag dumi ,kase nakaka sama din po yun.. staining or eager to poop sometimes can cause miscarriage or pre term labor pag nasa last stage na.. have a safe pregnancy journey po!🤗
hi mi.. same tayo ng situation, share ko lng simula nag try ako mag prune juice and prunes ( i ordered at lazada any brand will do) napansin ko hindi na ako ganon nahirapan sa dati kada mag poop, more benefit rin green leafy veggies more on fiber sis
Same mii. Ginagawa ko po more on warm water at inom ng yakult. then kain ng papaya more on fruits na makatas
