Some allow kahit super infant pa. My baby's pedia naman allowed us around 4 mos old si baby reason was para done na yung mga first important vaccines ni baby. Now others naman they do not have their babies pierced now. They wait until their kids grow and decide for themselves kung gusto ba nila o hindi because body modification ito.
