Hi mga mi.. im on 22 weeks.. kelan po pwede mag take ng malunggay capsule? Pang ready sa pag breastfeed pag labas ni baby.. recommend narin po kayo ng magandang malunggay capsule.. thanks po ☺️🩷

any brand of malunggay supplement is ok. among na mentioned ng pedia/lactation consultant ay natalac. as per natalac, to take 2 weeks before giving birth.
