pls consult your ob for proper guidance on birth control. wag ka matakot.or.mahiya sa kanila, they are happy to help us. in my case na exclusive breastfeeding ako , 2 years after gving birth pa ako nagkaroon ng menstruation ulit, pero sa takot namin ni mister masundan, natural method of birth control kami, withdrawal with disiplina si mister. may iba kasi ako kasabayan manganak na exclusive breastfeeding din pero 2 months palang after giving birth bumalik na ang mens. record mo po mga dates kailan nagsimula magkaroon mens at natapos as well.as dates ng contact with mister, tell this to your ob.

If you're breastfeeding po, that could be a reason po kung bakit hindi pa bumabalik ang period nyo. Just keep in mind po na hindi 100% reliable ang LAM in preventing another pregnancy po. In my case, 1yr and 10months bago bumalik. If you're worried po na baka masundan agad si baby, especially CS po kayo and your body needs to heal pa, talk to your OB po about contraception na appropriate para sa inyo. You can use a combination naman po ng contraceptive methods like condom + LAM + pills/injectables/whatever is recommended for you po.

kung pure breast fed si baby momsh pwedeng hindi ka magbuntis..pero kung bread fed plus formula,mabubuntis ka po..kaya as early as 1 month after giving birth nag aadvice na po mga OB for family planning,discuss niya po sayo mga options ikaw po mamimili ng mas fit sa personality and life style mo..better consult your OB po..she' ll be the best one to ask regarding your concern po..😊

Hnd ko lng po sure kasi may kilala ako 2 months plang baby niya nabuntis ulit siya. Kakapnganak nya lng last week tas ung panganay nya mag wa 1 yr plang.

mababa po chance mabuntis pero mag pills n rin kayo para sigurado
