Hi mga mamsh! December 30, 2020 nanganak po ako sa First baby namen via cs then after ko po manganak dinugo po ako ng 1month bali hanggang January po .By February wala na po akong dugo until now in short hindi papo ako nireregla .Pero mga March po nagpaGalaw napo ako kay mister .Ask ko lang po kung possible po ako maBuntis if magDO kame ni mister #pleaserespectmypost

pls consult your ob for proper guidance on birth control. wag ka matakot.or.mahiya sa kanila, they are happy to help us. in my case na exclusive breastfeeding ako , 2 years after gving birth pa ako nagkaroon ng menstruation ulit, pero sa takot namin ni mister masundan, natural method of birth control kami, withdrawal with disiplina si mister. may iba kasi ako kasabayan manganak na exclusive breastfeeding din pero 2 months palang after giving birth bumalik na ang mens. record mo po mga dates kailan nagsimula magkaroon mens at natapos as well.as dates ng contact with mister, tell this to your ob.

kailan po kayo huli nagpapost natal check up? discuss your concern with your ob, sobra po malaki matutulong nila sa atin, 😊ako po kasi monthly din ako nagpapacheck up nuon, kahit 4 months wala kami gawa ni mister kasi takot po talaga kami. lalo po nung magstart na mag eat ng solid baby ko, masmalaki chance na mabuntis pero buto pp magaling magwithdrawal mister. hehehe
