Birth cert
Mga mamsh, san nagpapa certified true copy ng birth cert? City hall or PSA? or same lang ba yun?
If it's only a month or two, wala pa yan sa PSA. Request for CTC sa city hall po, mamsh. Then bibigyan ka ng date when mo sya pwede kunin. On the release date, ibibigay nila sayo ang CTC. If you want it to be PSA certified (and it has not been forwarded to PSA yet and you need it ASAP) you have to request the transmittal from them personally na sya namang ipo-forward mo sa PSA office. You will be given a release date then balikan mo nalang.
Magbasa payung CTC ng birth certificate sa munisipyo ng birth place kinukuha nilalagyan nila ng stamp katunayan na certified true copy sya pero yung PSA sa NSO naman sya kinukuha, pwede na kunin mo sa mga NSO offcs mismo or online ☺️
