hi mga mamsh okay lang ba na ferrous sulfate and calcimate lang ang inumin? yung galing center? yun lang kase iniinom ko ngayon 5 months preggy na ko firsttime mom din po

Check niyo po kung yung binigay ng center is folic acid + ferrous sulfate. Kung yes, okay yan. If no, ask po kayo kung may folic acid sila.

take also folic acid for baby’s brain and development :)
