Mga mamsh ni ttake nyo ba calcimate nyo ng 2x a day? Sakin kasi sabi ni ob after breakfast and dinner ko daw itake e tas yung ferrous sulfate 1hr before breakfast daw? Pano nyo tini-take sainyo? Sagot kayo mga mamsh, thankyyy.
