pano po ba e take ng tama ang cefalexin, calcium carbonate,at ferrous sulfate?

as per my OB any meds po sabi nya ay mas ok if apart tinetake. for example, sa morning after breakfast ung isang gamot..then yung isa naman lunch time. yung isa naman afternoon. para mas madigest daw ng maayos.
