High fiber foods po. mga veggies mostly na leafy saka fruits/veggies na maraming fluid content like pipino, watermelon at pineapple etc. yung leafy veggies maganda yan pampadulas yan ng kinakain at mabilis digestion mo po.
hello momshie same tayo sakin naman is severe Constipation as in black lagi poop ko na matigas umaabot pako ng weeks na di nakakabawas ang nirecommend sakin ng OB ko is C-lium fiber 3months here
same tayo momsh ng prob.May nabasa ako d2 wheat fiber bread ng gardenia. Effective naman kahit papaano. Nakakapupu nako every other day.
Drink plenty of water po .. at mag milk na pang buntis at green veggies ..
