Hi mga mamsh ilang weeks safe mag exercise yung puro lakad at squat tska ilang mins po and any recommendation na exercise para madali pag labas ni baby.

Better ask your OB sis para sure kasi sila mas nakakaalam ng condition mo po. Pero if di ka maselan po you can start as early as 8 months pero mga ilang mins muna po, siguro around 15 minutes or so po :)
