Better consult with your OB first. May ibang pregnancies kasi na sensitive/risky na hindi pwede sa mga activities. or para masabihan ka ng OB mo ano lang un pwede mo gawin, how often to do it etc. hope this helps! =)

Better ask your OB sis para sure kasi sila mas nakakaalam ng condition mo po. Pero if di ka maselan po you can start as early as 8 months pero mga ilang mins muna po, siguro around 15 minutes or so po :)

I started exercising when I was 33 weeks pregnant. Lakad lakad muna for 10 minutes then ngayon ginagawa ko 20 minutes walking then squat at stretching, 35 weeks na ako now. Mababa na din tiyan ko.

Magpa consult muna kay ob sya kase magsasabi kung kelan k pwede mg exercise.iccheck muna kse status ni baby nyan

36 to 37 pwede na pero ask your ob muna para safe talaga. Kung ano sasabihin nya ayun ang gawin mo
