Positive sa ovulation test

Hi mga mamieesss,Almost 4 months na kami nag tatry ng partner ko mag conceive. But until now wala pa dn . So I tried to take an ovulation test and the result was positive.Any ideas why mahirapan ako mag conceive??Is it possible na nakaaffect to dahal niraspa ako last nov  22 and nag injectable contraceptive ako from sept 2023 to july 2024 ?Di pa ko maka pagbpa check up dn eh. Any suggestions naman or ideas regarding this. Thankyou mamiesss ❤️

if may history ng miscarriage, much better paconsult sa ob-REI or ob-fertility. need nyo po maassess uli reproductive organs nyo kung ano type ng uterus meron ka, if kailan mature at releasing ng egg cell mo sa cycle. healthy lifestyle is included, bibigyan ka ng meds at vits base sa condition mo. if ok ka naman, need mo isama si mister para mapacheck rin esp sperm analysis at bigyan rin sya vits. dapat walang bisyo habang bumubuo at dapat healthy lifestyle.
