Do you know anybody who's going through mental health problems?

Everybody goes through issues with their mental health, just as they have issues with their physical health. I think the problem that we cannot see or feel physically how our mental health is affected, with the wrong idea that we're all perfectly healthy in the mind until we're diagnosed with illness by a psychiatrist, combined with how expensive and unaffordable mental health treatments are to many people, it becomes such an under-discussed topic in today's world. This can only change if mental health education is made mandatory in schools and provided alongside with mandated and optional therapy sessions for students. Along with that, there should cheaper treatment options and perhaps even mild OTC drugs that can treat everyday mental health issues just like how they treat colds, cough and fever. Don't you wish you can just go to the pharmacy and buy a medicine for your mild anxiety before a big presentation? Or another to calm down when you feel extremely angry so you can prevent yourself acting out on it? That will be a dream come true. Anyway we still have a long way to go, and this is such an important topic considering that suicides still happen in record numbers and we're doing not nearly enough to make a dent on those numbers!
