Yes, it is fine. I'm following a pregnancy diet as advised by my OB. As per my dietrician, limited to 5pcs of shrimps lang ako per meal.
Yes you can. Shrimp is safe to eat. But limit your intake of this to no more than 12 ounces per week.
Yes po but i limit mo lang mamsh. Much better kung cooked talaga. Iwasan mo yung mga raw food like sushi.
