Please read the instructions at the packaging before use. Some plasters, including medical oil, are not suitable during pregnancy. In addition, paracetamol has to be avoided if certain plasters is use. Please check with gynaecologist or pharmacist

I do. And did with my first and second. Those tiger balm. Especially when i had sciatic cramps and leg pain. I didnt consult obgyn but if you are in doubt always ask obgyn :)

No. It's not safe. Use a support belt instead and lie on your back. Check with your gynae on suitable medication.

You mean salonpas? The instruction at the packaging says not suitable for pregnant woman
