Milkbooster ikut empunya badan juga. Banyakkn minum air masak sekurang2 3L sehari. Jaga jarak penyusuan/pumping max.3 hours. Semakin kerap breast diransang, semakin kerap signal produce susu dihantar.
Sy buat organic milk booster..rebusan air dried dried dates,dried longan,dried goji berries..tambah gula batu or gula merah ke depend la.hehe..sy klu rajin mmg buat seperiuk besar..bley tahan seminggu..
Lobak putih bgi susu bdn bnyk masa sy lps bersalin kn ank no 2 misi suruh masak sup lobak putih mmg susu sy bnyk smpi kn sy demam bengkak susu....
Consume more fiber stuffs such as oats, quinoa etc, good for mommy and baby too. For mommy then it's good sebab xda gula, then can slim down.
Minum byk air masak, consistent pump with schedule & kerap kosongkan breast. Normal kalau awal2 ni sikit tp akan meningkat ikut demand baby
