nung nag lbm ako, i was 4 mos pregnant that time, my ob actually recommended drinking Gatorade. ako lang hindi uminom hehe. instead water more water lagi ininom ko and madaming saging. bsta every time after ng bowel movement sis, inom tubig. kain ka din apples and pears.
