Masama ba talaga sa buntis ang milktea? Yun ang pinaglilhian ko ? matcha milktea, once or twice a week ako umiinom, di ko mapigilan ?

aside from caffeine, sobra taas po ng sugar content ng milk tea..if nutritional value, tingin ko halos wala nman mkukuha..try to change it with fruit shakes
