Due Date

Mapagpalang umaga po s ating lahat mommies..kmusta po?😊 Hingi lang po aq ng advice, anu-ano pa po pwede gwin pra bumaba c baby o maging ready c baby, kc duedate q n po ng August 10-11. Cnbi po kc ni doc n mtaas dw po pwesto heartbeat ni baby last time, pinipilit nya aq i cs e normal nmn po lhat, un nlang :( lagi naming pinapanalangin s Lord n n normal delivery at normal lahat..kya some work out n tlga at lakad..un nalang po tlga pra po no reason c doc n i-cs..please help,some advice po..thank you in advance .Patuloy po tyong ingatan at pagpalain po tyo ng Diyos 😊

Natry mo na po magsquat and lakad-lakad? If you have a birthing ball, that would also be helpful. Maraming exercise mommy sa YouTube na pwede mo gayahin, you can also try zumba. Kaya po yan :)
